Initial Evaluation
1. Mineral & Vitamin Analysis
(Electro-acupuncture diagnostic device)
Detection of essential deficiencies including zinc, iron, biotin, magnesium, iodine, and vitamin B/D complex.
Outcome: Personalized supplementation protocol to support follicular metabolism and scalp balance.
2. High-Resolution Dermatoscopy
Targeted scalp evaluation focusing on:
- Follicular density (follicles per mm²)
- Degree of miniaturisation in the vertex area
- Inflammation, dandruff, or seborrhea
- Scalp vascularisation quality
Outcome: Accurate mapping of vertex loss and prediction of progression.
3. DOCTHAIR Microscopy (200×)
Microscopic analysis of hair fibres and bulbs, including porosity, cuticle integrity, keratin structure, shaft diameter, and follicular vitality.
Outcome: Identification of biological limits and optimal sequencing of regenerative and surgical treatments.
Mandatory for patients classified within Norwood stages 1–7.
